18-19th April, Pavia
International student teams design, present, and discuss with a panel of experts the international strategies they have developed for ‘their’ up-and-running startups.
The strategies are built on sound data/information regarding international markets, including the selection and timing decision regarding the entry of the most promising markets and customer segments, as well as a concrete route to market, inclusive of market entry modes and an international marketing program.

Pitching in the Community Night online for students' interest.
After the community night students will have the chance to choose the startup they would like to work with; Groups of students will then be built to start the activities (4-5 per group mixed in gender, nationality, and university).
Get-together with the team(s) through a video call so that students understand the mission, vision, and objectives of the startup, and get to know each other.
Provision of materials and information necessary for the elaboration of the plan.
If possible, in-person participation during the Hackathon.
If participation in-person is not possible, during the hackathon, the startup needs to be responsive to students’ requests online or by phone etc.
Online participation during the final presentations on the morning of April 19th is mandatory.
